Sophia Isom, M.S.W., is currently the Program Director over the Resource Family Approval Program and Permanency with San Francisco Human Services Agency. She has 28 years of experience in the Child Welfare profession and has special interest in the needs of foster youth and caregivers. She has been affiliated with Foster Care Licensing for over nine years and is committed to enhancing the recruitment, training, and retention needs of caregivers that provide safe and loving homes to San Francisco foster youth and non-minor dependents.
