Maria (Mimi) Smiley has been in numerous positions at OYFS, but foster care is by far her favorite position.
Mimi is the mother of two amazing daughters, and three grandchildren that she loves spending time with.
Her favorite things to do are shopping, reading and traveling. Any beach will do.
